1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MedicalDevice Pro Sales ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MedicalDeviceProSales.com is an online educational platform that provides training videos, interview practice tools, guides, and resources designed to help individuals prepare for careers in medical device sales. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with multiple tiers and optional add-ons.

While much of the content found in your dashboard is proprietary to Medical Device Pro Sales and has been custom made by us, the dashboards also contain publicly available content from various media sources. We have compiled many of those public sources here to create a unique learning experience.

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers: Starter ($14/month), Professional ($21/month), and Elite ($32/month). Optional add-ons, including AI Interview Practice, Resume Reviewer, and Cover Letter Reviewer, are available at additional monthly cost. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are billed monthly.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis until you cancel. Your chosen payment method will be charged each billing cycle through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the recurring subscription fee to your payment method until you cancel.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation can be initiated via the "Cancel Subscription" link on your Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to the Service will be terminated. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

3.4 Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Service provides educational and training content intended to help you prepare for a career in medical device sales. However, success in obtaining a medical device sales position or increasing your career results will vary and depends on many factors, including but not limited to your individual effort, experience, qualifications, the job market, geographic location, networking efforts, interview performance, and other factors outside our control.

We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that you will obtain employment, achieve any specific income level, or experience any particular career outcome as a result of using the Service. Any testimonials or examples provided are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or otherwise distribute your account credentials or access to the Service
• Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Service without written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service, including videos, guides, templates, interview questions, graphics, and text, is the property of MedicalDevice Pro Sales and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes while your subscription is active.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedicalDevice Pro Sales and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MedicalDevice Pro Sales operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
